Abstract:
‘Hongdeng’(Cerasus avium L.) sweet cherry was used as test materials,a field experiment was carried out to study the effects of four different rootstocks ‘Cerasus Sachalinensis’‘ZY-1’(Prunus cerasus),‘Gisela 6’(Prunus cerasus×Prunus canescens) and ‘Landing 2’(Prunus avium ×Prunus pseudocerasus) on fruit quality of sweet cherry ‘Hongdeng’,in order to provide a reference for the selection of grafted rootstock of sweet cherry in the cultivation and production, and to lay a foundation for the further study on the mechanism of grafted rootstock on sweet cherry scion. The results showed that according to the analysis of variance, there were significant differences in all the other indiactors except vitamin C content;according to the correlation analysis, although there was no significant correlation among the 12 indexes, there were strong positive correlation between single fruit weight and soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and total phenol content, between the sugar-acid ratio and soluble sugar content and total phenol content;while titratable acid had a strongnegative correlation with sugar acid ratio and total phenol content.Three principal components were extracted through principal component analysis from original data of 12 characters, and the cumulative contribution of variances of those components was 100%,and the contribution rate of the first principal component value was 49.964%,which played a major role in the comprehensive evaluation. The comprehensive scores of the four scion-stock combinations were ranked as ‘Hongdeng/ZY-1’(1.942),‘Hongdeng/Cerasus sachalinensis’(-0.009),‘Hongdeng/Landing 2’(-0.846),‘Hongdeng/Gisela 6’(-1.086).The scion-stock combination ‘Hongdeng/ZY-1’has the highest comprehensive quality,it can be promoted and utilization.
