Abstract:
Two 9-year-old red grape varieties ‘Xinyu’ and ‘Hongti’ were used as experimental materials, and the photosynthetic indexes and fluorescence parameters were measured by LI-6400 and FMS-2,and the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of grapes in different ecological environments were analyzed.Through the study on the difference of photosynthetic characteristics of two red grape varieties under different ecological environment conditions, the adaptability of two red grape varieties to the ecological environment was clarified, in order to provide reference for field production.The results showed that under the grape trellis, the annual maximum temperature, high temperature duration and light time in Shanshan were higher than those in Urumqi.The maximum temperature in Shanshan was 42.5 ℃,the maximum temperature in Urumqi was only 38 ℃,and the days when the daily maximum temperature was higher than 35 ℃ were 86 days and 20 days respectively.The PAR value in Urumqi was higher than that in Shanshan.The highest values in Urumqi and Shanshan were 1 822 μmol·m

-1 and 1 975.5 μmol·m
-2·s
-1 respectively.Under different ecological environment conditions, the diurnal variation of leaf net photosynthetic rate of the two red grape varieties showed a bimodal curve, and the overall trend in Shanshan area was higher than that in Urumqi area.At 10:00 am, the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of ‘Hongti’ grape was 23.75 μmol·m
-2·s
-1 in Shanshan area, significantly higher than 13.55 μmol·m
-2·s
-1 in Urumqi.The value of ‘Xinyu’ grape in Shanshan area was 16.6 μmol·m
-2·s
-1,lower than that in Urumqi.Light saturation point, dark respiration rate, quantum efficiency, the equivalent values of ΦPSⅡ and ETR were higher than those in Urumqi, and the values of Pmax, qP and NPQ in Urumqi were better than those in Shanshan.
