Abstract:
Pleurotus ostreatus ‘Xinke 108’ is bred using the symmetric hybridization metho, which has the characteristics of high yield, more buds, long fruiting period, and wide adaptability.In 2017,it participated the regional test of Pleurotus ostreatus in Henan Province.The different planting ways and different planting formulas had significantly increased yields compared to the control.The commercial traits are excellent, the resistance to bacteria is strong, the yellow-mushroom disease of Pleurotus ostreatus is resistant, and the quality is excellent.The crude protein content of the fruit body is 23%-40%,and the total polysaccharide content is 0.8-7.0 mg·g
-1.In 2018,the new variety identification was reviewed and approved by the Henan Edible Fungi Variety Certification Committee, and the identification number is Yupinjian Edible Fungus 2018003.
