Abstract:
Taking Huangxin celery seedlings as test materials, red blue light 8∶1(R8B1),red blue light 2∶1(R2B1),red blue light 1∶2(R1B2) and red blue light 1∶8(R1B8) were treated, white light(W) was used as control. The growth and material distribution of celery seedlings under different light sources were investigated, in order to provide reference for the industrial cultivation of celery seedlings. The results showed that compared with the control, R8B1 and R2B1 treatments significantly increased seedling height but decreased stem diameter, while R1B2 and R1B8 treatments had the opposite effect. In addition, the leaf area of celery seedlings decreased significantly with the increase of blue light ratio, while the number of leaves and leaf weight per unit area(M
A) increased significantly, suggesting that different red and blue light ratio could significantly affect the leaf development of celery seedlings. There was no significant difference in dry matter distribution of roots and leaves among different treatments. The dry matter distribution of petiole was significantly different only between R8B1 and R1B8.Among all the treatments, R1B2 combination had the largest fresh and dry weight, shorter and stronger plant type and more leaves number, indicating that R1B2 was more conducive to balanced growth of celery seedlings.
