Abstract:
Taking ‘Ningqi No.7’ as the test material, under the same planting method and field management conditions of Lycium barbarum,7 different salt concentrations of brackish water were used to irrigate Lycium barbarum, and the local groundwater irrigation was used as the control. The changes of phenotypic characters, effective components, soil conductivity and pH of the Lycium barbarum fruit after different salt concentration brackish water irrigation were studied, in order to clarify the effect of different salt concentration brackish water irrigation on the quality of Lycium barbarum. The results showed that the effect of brackish water irrigation on the phenotypic characteristics of Lycium barbarum fruit was not significant. The brackish water drip irrigation had a positive effect on the quality of Lycium barbarum, and the appropriate concentration of brackish water irrigation could increase the total sugar, total flavonoids, and flavonoids of Lycium barbarum to a certain extent. The content of polysaccharides, vitamin E,betaine and β-carotene reduced the fat content of Lycium barbarum.Brackish water irrigation had a greater impact on soil electrical conductivity, and it had a more obvious impact on the electrical conductivity of the surface soil, and had an impact on soil pH smaller. In general, T5(addition of original salt concentration of 2.425 g·L
-1) was a critical point for the salt tolerance of Lycium barbarum, and this salt concentration could be appropriately selected for irrigation of Lycium barbarum with brackish water.
