Abstract: Taking the Lentinus edodes variety ‘L808’ as the research material, the key technologies such as greenhouse planting time, variety selection, method steps, environmental regulation and mode of Lentinus edodes were studied according to the climatic characteristics of the northern area of Longxi county, which were suitable for the safe over summer cultivation of Lentinus edodes in the northern area.The temperature, moisture, oxygen and light were the four environmental factors affecting the cultivation of Lentinus edodes.After the color conversion of Lentinus edodes was completed and put on the shelf before April 15^th the temperature of the mushroom shed was adjusted to 15-28 ℃,the temperature of the mushroom stick was adjusted to 20-25 ℃,and the relative humidity in the shed was adjusted to about 60%.At the same time, increasing the scattered light and ventilation could improve the quality and income of Lentinus edodes.In addition, the accurate judgment of the maturity and health status of mushroom rods could improve the efficiency of Lentinus edodes cultivation.
