低磷胁迫对半夏生理生化及次生代谢产物含量的影响

Effects of Low Phosphorus Stresson Physiology and Contents of Secondary Metabolites of Pinellia ternatat

  • 摘要: 以半夏为试材,采用室内盆栽试验,设置完全营养、低磷胁迫2种处理,研究了低磷胁迫对半夏生长、叶绿素总量、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、β-谷甾醇、总黄酮、有机酸等指标的影响,以期了解半夏对低磷胁迫下的响应物质,更好地应对实际生产中的磷元素缺乏问题。结果表明:低磷胁迫对半夏质量有显著影响,使其叶长、叶宽、叶质量、叶绿素总量、游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、总黄酮含量降低,块茎质量、可溶性糖、β-谷甾醇、有机酸含量增加。其中可溶性糖、叶绿素总量、有机酸等3种成分可能是造成半夏低磷胁迫下质量差异的主要指标。

     

    Abstract: The Pinellia ternatat was used as the test material, and two treatment groups of complete nutrition and low phosphorus stress were set up by indoor pot experiment.The effects of low phosphorus stress on growth, total chlorophyll, soluble sugar, free amino acid, soluble protein, β-sitosterol, total flavone and organic acid of Pinellia ternatat were studied, in order to understand the response substances of Pinellia ternatat under low phosphorus stress and better deal with the problem of phosphorus deficiency in actual production.The results showed that the quality of Pinellia ternatat was significantly affected by low phosphorus stress.The contents of leaf length, leaf width, leaf weight, total chlorophyll, free amino acid, soluble protein and total flavonoids decreased, while the contents of tuber weight, soluble sugar, β-sitosterol and organic acid increased.Among them, soluble sugar, total chlorophyll and organic acid may be the main indexes of quality difference of Pinellia ternatat under low phosphorus stress.
