Abstract: Polyamines are a kind of small molecule nitrogen-containing bases widely existing in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.They play important roles in seed germination, plant growth differentiation, aging and other growth and development processes.Also, polyamines are closely related to plant stress resistance and play an important role.This study summarized the metabolic pathway of polyamines in plants, the relationship between polyamines and plant growth and development and resistance development, and introduced the application of polyamines in increasing plant resistance, so as to provide reference for the application of polyamines in agricultural production.
