Abstract:
Taking tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.) as the test material, a pot experiment was performed, AMF inoculation, MHB inoculation, double inoculation AMF and MHB was set up, and no inoculation treatment as the control. The effects of different inoculation methods on the growth and nutrient uptake of tomato were studied, the influence of AMF and MHB interaction on tomato growth were clarified, in order to provide reference for mycorrhizal technology and sustainable development of tomato. The results showed that compared with the control, the aboveground, underground and whole fresh dry weight of tomato seedlings with single AMF(Fm),single injection MHB(Ba) treatment and simultaneous injection of AMF and MHB(FB) treatment were increased.Compared with the control, inoculation with AMF,MHB separately and mixed inoculation with AMF and MHB increased the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations and nutrient contents of plants, as well as soil available potassium, available phosphorus, nitrate ammonia and ammonium nitrogen.Among them, simultaneous inoculation with AMF and MHB(FB) treatment had the greatest promotion effect on tomato growth, plant nutrients and soil conditions, while single inoculation with AMF(Fm) treatment had the second most promotional effect, and single inoculation with MHB(Ba) treatment had relatively small promoting effect. In summary, both AMF and MHB inoculation played an important role in promoting tomato growth, and double inoculation of AMF and MHB had the greatest effect on tomato growth.
