Abstract:
Based on the relevant statistical data of edible fungi from 25 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2012 to 2021,the improved location entropy method was adopted to explore the agglomeration degree and agglomeration change trend of edible fungi industry in each region, and the spatial differentiation analysis of agglomeration degree was further carried out through exploratory spatial data analysis, in order to provide reference for cultivating and expanding edible fungi industry and making it a new growth point of agricultural development in the future. The results showed that, 1)from the perspective of time series, the change trend of edible fungi industry agglomeration was quite different.Northeast region always had the highest level of edible fungi industry agglomeration, while Henan, Fujian, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Jiangxi were the dominant regions of edible fungi industry in China. From the perspective of space, the industrial cluster of edible fungi began to expand from the eastern region to the southwest and northwest regions.2)The agglomeration of edible fungi industry showed a downward trend on the whole, and the spatial autocorrelation and agglomeration characteristics of the edible fungi industry were in the process of weakening. The overall pattern of the agglomeration hotspot region remained stable, showed a spatial pattern of‘east heat’.Jilin and Fujian were in a relatively stable hotspot region. In conclusion,in order to promote the high quality development of the edible fungi industry,we should cultivate and expand the edible fungi industry, strengthen structural reform, and actively establish the advantageous and characteristic edible fungi industry clusters.
