Abstract:
Taking 13 Perilla frutescens germplasm resources as the test materials, the germination experiment was conducted using a culture dish germination method.The effects of different treatment conditions such as temperature and pH on the germination characteristics of 13 Perilla frutescens seeds were studied, combining the membership function analysis method to comprehensively evaluate its tolerance, in order to provide reference for the breeding of high-quality germplasm resources with high yield and high stress resistance in Perilla frutescens.The results showed that the optimum temperature range for seed germination of Perilla frutescens frutescens from 13 regions was 15-25 ℃ and pH range was 4-8.The comprehensive evaluation results of membership function analysis showed that Shandong Rizhao,Heilongjiang Jiamusi,and Gansu Qingyang had strong temperature tolerance,while Heilongjiang Jiamusi,Jiangsu Yancheng,Gansu Qingyang,and Hebei Cangzhou Qingxian(CZ1,CZ2)had strong pH tolerance.In summary,regions such as Jiamusi in Heilongjiang,Qingyang in Gansu,and Yancheng in Jiangsu had strong tolerance to temperature and pH.
