外源蔗糖对冷胁迫下番茄生长、产量、品质及抗氧化代谢的影响

Effects of Exogenous Sucrose on Growth, Yield, Quality and Antioxidant Metabolism of Tomato Under Cold Stress

  • 摘要: 以“丹吉尔99”番茄幼苗为试材,设置常温+0 mmol·L-1蔗糖(CK)、常温+50 mmol·L-1蔗糖(T1)、低温+75 mmol·L-1蔗糖(T2)、低温+0 mmol·L-1蔗糖(T3)共4个处理,研究了番茄的生物量、产量和品质、相关抗氧化酶活性,并进行显著性分析,以期为番茄设施栽培中合理施用外源蔗糖提供参考依据。结果表明:与CK相比,冷胁迫下外源喷施蔗糖能够显著增加番茄株高、茎粗、地下干鲜质量,显著提高番茄的壮苗指数;有效促进番茄增产,显著增加番茄果实数和提升番茄品质风味;提高抗氧化酶活性,降低过氧化氢(H2O2)含量。冷胁迫下外源蔗糖可以提高番茄幼苗生长,促进番茄生长发育,增收番茄产量和优化品质,通过调节抗氧化酶活性进而保证植物细胞的自我调节平衡,降低氧化损伤,提高番茄对冷胁迫的耐受性,进一步证实外源喷施蔗糖对番茄缓解冷害有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Taking ‘Tangier 99’ tomato seedlings as experimental materials, the tomato was studied by four treatments, normal temperature+0 mmol·L-1 sucrose(CK),normal temperature+50 mmol·L-1 sucrose(T1),low temperature+75 mmol·L-1 sucrose(T2) and low temperature+0 mmol·L-1 sucrose(T3),in order to provide reference for the rational application of exogenous sucrose in tomato facility cultivation.The results showed that, compared with CK,exogenous spraying sucrose could significantly promote the growth of tomato plant height, the change of stem diameter, the underground dry weight/fresh weight, and significantly improved the strong seedling index of tomato.Effectively promoted tomato production, significantly increased the number of tomato fruits and improved tomato quality and flavor.Improved the activity of antioxidant enzymes and reduced the content of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).Exogenous sucrose could improved tomato seedling growth, promoted tomato growth and development, increased tomato yield and optimize quality under cold stress.By regulating antioxidant enzyme activity, the self-regulation balance of plant cells could be ensured, oxidative damage can be reduced, and the tolerance of tomato to cold stress could be improved, which further proved that exogenous sucrose spraying played an important role in relieving cold damage of tomato.
