Abstract: Taking Oudemansiella raphanipes ‘Chang-202001’ strain as test materials,which was cultivated in culture mediums with different kinds and different concentrations of inorganics salts,vitamins and phytohormones to research the effects of substances above-mentioned on the mycelial growth of Oudemansiella raphanipes,in order to provide reference for the production of high-quality strain of O.raphanipes.The results showed that suitable concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate,magnesium sulfate could promote the mycelial growth of O.raphanipes,while sodium chloride,potassium chloride,calcium chloride,zinc sulfate,manganese sulfate and copper sulphate were disadvantageous to the mycelial growth of O.raphanipes.The concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate was 2.0 g·L^-1 accelerated the mycelial growth rate to reach a maximum of5.06mm·d^-1.Among the vitamins tested,vitamin B₁,vitamin B₂,vitamin B₆,vitamin C,folic acid and nicotinic acid could promote the mycelial growth.When the concentration of nicotinic acid was4mg·L^-1,the mycelial growth reached the highest rate of 6.97 mm·d^-1.Among the phytohormones tested,6-BA,2,4-D,GA₃ were disadvantageous to the mycelial growth.Under NAA concentration of 1.0mg·L^-1,the mycelial growth reached the highest rate of 5.41mm·d^-1.
