Abstract:
The‘Honey Crisp’apple was used as test material and the fruit without bagging was used as control.The effects of five different bags B,C,D,E and F on the quality of‘Honey Crisp’apple were studied,in order to select the suitable bags for‘Honey Crisp’apple in western Henan Province.The results showed that five kinds of fruit bags improved the appearance quality of fruit in different degrees.The fruit treated with D,E and F fruit bags had the best appearance.D fruit bag increased single fruit weight,while E fruit bag decreased single fruit weight.Bagging reduced the internal quality of fruit.Among them,soluble solids content in C fruit bag decreased most,while titratable acid content in D fruit bag decreased most.Through factor analysis,D,E,F fruit bags score were higher;economic benefit analysis,D and F fruit bag score were higher.In general,D and F fruit bags should be used in the production of‘Honey Crisp’apple in the west of Henan Province.
