Abstract: We summarized the research progress of tissue culture of Ilex in recent years, generalized the path of tissue culture of Ilex,and analyzed the factors of tissue culture regeneration system from the selection of explants, medium, plant growth regulator and culture conditions.It also summarized the problems and countermeasures in the rapid propagation of tissue culture of Ilex,and provided reference for the rapid propagation techniques of agar plants and industrialization development of tissue culture.
