Abstract:
Taking Ginkgo biloba ‘HL’ as the test material, ‘XJ’ as the control(CK),based on the observation of leaf shape and color, the values of L
*,a
* and b
* of leaf color parameters and the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoid components and main metabolites were determined by X-Rite colorimeter, and the effects of leaf color changes and light response characteristics on two G.biloba varieties were studied, in order to provide reference for breeding new varieties of golden G.biloba with high quality.The results showed that, the leaf shape of ‘HL’ was mainly heart-shaped, and there was no rotting leaf phenomenon in the leaves.The leaf color was bean-green in March, yellow-green in April, yellow in May, bean-green, brownish-green, brownish-green, greasy-green, brownish-green from June to October, respectively, and golden in November, while the leaf shape of CK was mainly fan shaped, and the leaves had an obvious rotting process in late May and early June, and the leaf color was yellow in March and April.Golden in May, golden, willow-green, brownish-green, brownish-green, willow-green from June to October, yellow in November.In the annual change of pigment content, the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents of ‘HL’ were significantly higher than CK,and the maximum photosynthetic rate of ‘HL’ was significantly higher than that of the CK under different light intensity, indicating that ‘HL’ had stronger photosynthetic capacity.
