Landscape Construction and Design of Cold Regions′ Community Gardens Based on Children′s Nature Education

Taking the community garden of Minjiang Residential Area which is located in the cold region Harbin as an example, according to the natural status of the site, taking planning on the space shaping, landscape design, activity development and post-maintenance of the cold regions′ community gardens, in order to solve the regional and cold climate problems scientifically and effectively, and provide a new practical guidance for the construction and design of community gardens in cold regions based on children′s nature education.By analyzing the necessity and practical significance of using abandoned community green space as a carrier of children′s natural education, proposing that put scientific and reasonable function layout, child and elder friendly design, ecological sustainability concept, joint maintenance and management, and cold region adaptive design as community gardens′ landscape construction and design strategies.
