Investigation Report on the Basic Situation of Vegetable Industry in Southern Jiangxi

In order to understand the current situation of the vegetable industry in southern Jiangxi, according to the needs of the project, the main body of vegetable business in southern Jiangxi was investigated through field visits and questionnaires.The production scale, layout, production and operation, brand building, investigate the application of agricultural technology and economic benefits.The results showed that the vegetable planting area and yield in southern Jiangxi were steadily increasing; the vegetable industry had a reasonable layout, forming three major supply areas; the cultural level of vegetable growers was generally not high; there were few large growers and the vegetable industry had a low degree of intensification;modernization the agricultural information technology content was low,the application area was small;the brand building was relatively backward,and the economic benefits were greatly affected by uncertain factors.At the same time,the problems and countermeasures in vegetable production were analyzed in order to provide new ideas for the development of vegetable industry.
