Abstract
Taking tomato variety ‘Pink taro’ as test material, five different fertilization treatments were set up, namely 50% chemical fertilizer N + 50% organic fertilizer N + amendment(HYG),50% chemical fertilizer N + 50% organic fertilizer N(HY),100% organic fertilizer N(Y),100% chemical fertilizer N(H) and no fertilizer treatment(CK),in order to provide reference for improving tomato yield and rational fertilization in protected soil. The results showed that the total root length, total surface area, total volume, number of root tips, average diameter and root dry weight of HYG treatment were better than those of other treatments, which were as follows, HYG>Y>HY>H>CK,which were 41.75%,39.57%,137.80%,60.66%,33.33% and 49.65%;higher than those of conventional fertilization(H treatment);the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of fruit were also higher than those of other treatments, which increased by 7.26% and 44.76% compared with CK,and the total acid content of fruit was lower than that of other treatments; meanwhile, the transpiration rate, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content of tomato leaves were significantly higher than those of other treatments, and intercellular CO2 concentration was significantly reduced.Under the same nutrient conditions, it concluded that the HYG treatment with organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer and amendment could promote the growth of tomato plants, enhance their photosynthesis and improve their quality.
