Research Progress on Influencing Factors of Regeneration System of Cucurbitaceae Plants

  • In recent years, genetic engineering is a new way to improve Cucurbitaceae plants, which is more efficient and more purposeful than traditional breeding.The establishment of regeneration system has laid a key foundation for the following genetic transformation research.In this study, the effects of genotype, seedling age and explant type, hormone level of culture medium on plant regeneration of Cucurbitaceae plants in vitro were reviewed, the problems in the process of in vitro regeneration of Cucurbitaceae plants were analyzed, in order to provide reference for the establishment of regeneration system, genetic improvement and genetic transformation of Cucurbitaceae plants in the future.
