Characteristics and Expression Analysis of VvLBD28 Gene in Grape

Abstract
Taking grape as test material, the characteristics of VvLBD28 gene, tissue expression pattern and the effects of drought, salt and temperature stress on VvLBD28 expression were studied by bioinformatics analysis and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,in order to provide reference for the study of the stress response process involved in this gene.The results showed that VvLBD28 contained complete leu zipper, belonging to Class I subfamily, highly homologous and high similarity with apple, peach, Arabidopsis and tobacco LBD genes.qRT-PCR analysis showed that the expression level of VvLBD28 was the highest in stem, slightly higher than that in leaf, and the lowest in root of grape.The expression level of VvLBD28 did not change significantly under salt stress and 39 ℃,but decreased significantly under mannitol and 4 ℃,which means VvLBD28 was down-regulated by drought and cold stresses.
