Research Progress on Antifungal Protein of Gastrodia elate
Gastrodia antifungal protein is a broad-spectrum antifungal protein isolated from Chinese traditional herbal medicine Gastrodia elata.In order to provide reference for the development and comprehensive utilization of Gastrodia antifungal protein, the characteristics, mechanism of action, cloning of GAFP gene, construction of expression vector and transgene research were summarized in this study.
