Research on the Innovation of Organization Mode of Agricultural Production Trusteeship Under the Trend of Service Convergence

Agricultural production trusteeship has gradually become an important development direction of large-scale agricultural services.However, at present, the academic research on scale operation of agricultural services lags far behind the development practice.In view of the present study, this study combined the latest practice of agricultural production trusteeship in China with the investigation of Heilongjiang,Shanxi,Jiangsu,Gansu and other provinces,focusing on the organizational innovation of agricultural production custodian service providers from the perspective of service scale operation,summarized and refined the innovative ways of service integration,such as horizontal joint expansion of service scale,vertical joint extension of industrial chain,cross-joint provision of all-round service,and online and offline establishment of information resource sharing platform,and analyzed the escrow service in promoting the agriculture scale management of agricultural production problems,to discusses the effective means of agricultural production trust service integration innovation,and put forward relevant suggestions.This study could provide a reference for the model specification and policy optimization of agricultural production trusteeship.
