Control Effect of Streptomyces enissocaesilis NBF715 on Phytophthora Blight of Pepper

Phytophthora capsici and Streptomyces enissocaesilis NBF715 srain were used as test materials.Confrontation culture and pot experimetn were used to determine antifungal activity in vitro and control effect in vivo respectively of NBF715 srain on Phytophthora capsici.Several fungicides were used as test materials, fungicide-containing culture and pot experiment were used to determine the compatibility of NBF715 strain with several fungicides and control effect of NBF715 strain combined with dimethorph on Phytophthora bligjht of pepper, in order to provide reference for the control of pepper blight by NBF715 strain.The results showed the strain NBF715 had good antifungal activity in vitro,the inhibition rate was 67.41%.The control effect was 71.76% and 67.42% respectively at 100 and 200 times diluted concentration.NBF715 strain was compatible with dimethomorph, which could reduce the usage of dimethomorph in controlling of Phytophthora blight of pepper by combined use.
