Effects of Application Amount of Bio-organic Fertilizer on Soil Organic Carbon Components and Enzyme Activities

Abstract
Taking lou soil as the test material, the indoor potted cultivation method was used, 0(T0),10 g ·kg-1(TI),20 g ·kg-1(T2),30 g ·kg-1(T3),40 g ·kg-1(T4),5 biological organic fertilizer fertilization level were set up, the biological organic fertilizer seems to organic carbon(SOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),radily oxidizable organic carbon(ROC),microbial biomass carbon(MBC) contents and the influence of catalase, sucrase activity were studied, in order to provide reference for the application of biological organic fertilizer in the agricultural area of China.The results showed that the contents of SOC,DOC,ROC,MBC,catalase and sucrase could be significantly increased by bio-organic fertilizer.With the extension of culture time, SOC content decreased, while the content of other carbon components and enzyme activity increased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that, except for sucrase, there were significant positive correlations between organic carbon components and catalase.The application of biological organic fertilizer increased the content of active organic carbon components and enzyme activities in soil.However, the maximum values of each component varied in response to the application rate.
