Abstract
The broccoli plants of ‘Naihan Youxiu’‘Lucky’‘Huanghou No.4’‘Tailyu No.3’ were used as the test materials. The broccoli roots were dip-treated with a mix of water-soluble fertilizers(containing humic acid),mefenoxam·fludioxonil and chlorantraniliprole·thiamethoxam and compared with clear water(control). The effects of growth, yield and seedling stem rot of different varieties of broccoli were studied in the rosette stage and heading stage, in order to provide theoretical support for the application of high-yield and high-quality broccoli cultivation techniques. The results showed that the growth of different varieties of broccoli in the rosette stage were promoted by root-dipped treatments.Compared with control, the total weight per plant of ‘Naihan Youxiu’ increased by 45.1%,the plant height by 21.2%,the plant width by 24.7%,the number of rosette leaves by 9.7%,and the maximum leaf area by 26.8%.These indexes all reached significant differences.Compared with the control, the biomass yield of ‘Lucky’ ‘Tailyu No.3’ were increased by 7.5% and 5.3%,respectively, reaching significant difference. The incidence of basal rot of four varieties of broccoli seedlings were reduced by 78.5%-84.1% through the mixed treatment of dipping roots with fertilizer and chemicals. In summary, the growth and the yield of different broccoli varieties were promoted and the incidence of basal rot of broccoli seedlings were reduced by dip-treated with the mix of fertilizer and chemical.
