Abstract
Taking the herbaceous peony drug species‘Danfeng’as the specimen, and an optimization method combining single-factor and response surface experiments was used, the effects of the materialliquid ratio, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature on the polyphenol content of the ultrasonic extraction of herbaceous peony petals were studied,in order to lay the foundation for the further development and utilization of peantoginseng petal polyphenols. The results showed that the polyphenol content in the dried herbaceous peony petals was more than the fresh sample and the shade dried treatment. And among the three factors of sonication time, ethanol concentration and material-liquid ratio, sonication time had the greatest effect on the extraction of polyphenols. Moreover, the optimal ultrasonic extraction process of herbaceous peony petal polyphenols was,the ratio of feed to liquid was 1:46g·mL-1,the ethanol concentration was 43%,and the ultrasonic time was 31minutes.
