Effects of Amino Acid Foliar Fertilizer on Free Amino Acid Content and Fruit Quality of Korla Fragrant Pear

  • Taking Korla fragrant pear as test material, the effects of foliar spray treatment with amino acid foliar fertilizer on free amino acid content, external quality and internal quality in fruits of Korla fragrant pear were investigated by using different dilutions of T1(1 000 times of liquid),T2(800 times of liquid),T3(500 times of liquid),CK(clear water) foliar spray, in order to provide reference for scientific application of amino acid foliar fertilizer. The results showed that compared with CK,the single fruit weight of T2 and T3 treatment increased significantly(P<0.01,the same as below),by 6.74% and 7.75% respectively. There was no significant difference between T1 treatment and CK.There was no significant difference in longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, soluble solids, cellulose, vitamin C and total starch content between Korla fragrant pear and CK under T1,T2 and T3 treatments; the contents of reducing sugar, sucrose, fructose and total soluble sugar in T3 treatment were significantly higher than those in CK;amino acid foliar fertilizer could reduce the content of organic acids in Korla fragrant pear, and the content of organic acids in T3 treatment was the lowest, which was significantly reduced by 37.55% compared with CK.Under T1,T2 and T3 treatments, the content of free amino acids in Korla fragrant pear was significantly higher than that of CK.In conclusion, spraying amino acid foliar fertilizer on Korla fragrant pear during fruit expansion stage was beneficial to increase the content of free amino acids in fruit and improve fruit quality.
