Abstract
The Dictyophora rubra was used as experimental material, effects of different concentrations of silicon calcium potassium and magnesium fertilizer(0%,0.5%,1.0%,3.0% and 5.0%) on Cd accumulation and quality of Dictyophora rubrovalva were studied by pot experiment, in order to provide reference for ensuring the safe production of Dictyophora rubrovalva. The results showed that the order of Cd content in different parts of Dictyophora rubrovalva was bacteria>cap>bacterial tray.Adding different concentrations of silicon calcium potassium and magnesium fertilizer could reduce the Cd content in bacteria, cap and bacterial tray by 4.27%-20.30%,10.09%-25.94% and 3.40%-22.85%.When the addition concentration was 5.0%,it reached a significant difference level. The enrichment coefficient of cadmium by bacteria was about 3 times that of cap and 4 times that of bacterial tray, but all treatments effective reduced the enrichment of Cd by bacteria, cap and bacterial tray, and 5.0% treatment had the best effect. The addition of 3.0% concentration significantly increased the total sugar content of Dictyophora rubrovalva, and each treatment decreased the crude fiber content of the bacteria. The correlation analysis between Cd content and quality content showed that Cd content was significantly positive correlated with crude fiber content, but not with other quality contents. On the whole, silicon calcium potassium and magnesium fertilizer could effectively reduce the Cd content in various parts of Dictyophora rubrovalva, and improve the bacterial taste and nutritional quality of Dictyophora rubrovalva. The application concentration of 5.0% was the best.
