Abstract
A field plot experiment was carried out with hot pepper variety ‘Yangjiaohong No.1’ as test material. The potential of applying different organic fertilizer and microbial inoculant increasing the efficiency of fertilizer by reducing the amount of chemical fertilizer were explored, to realize scientific fertilization on the premise of ensuring the yield and quality. The results showed that, 1) compared with farmer′s conventional fertilization, the application rates of N,P and K reduced by 55.9%,75.8% and 56.8% was no significant differences in pepper fruits yields, the treatment of cow manure + inorganic fertilizer + microbial inoculants had the highest yield, with an increase of 12.1%,and reduced the diseased fruit rate for 13.03 percentage points; 2) the PFP of recommended fertilization significantly increased, which T6 treatment increased the most; 3) the recommended fertilization treatment significantly improved the quality of capsicum, including capsaicin and vitamin C content; 4) the accumulation of N,P and K in roots, shoots and fruits of pepper were in higher level, but no significant differences with other treatments. Moreover, reduced chemical fertilizer combined application organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants had no significant effect on the physical and chemical properties of the soil.Considering the yield, diseased fruit rate, fertilizer partial productivity, pepper quality, the safety and high efficient fertilization pathway in continuous cropping area of pepper are inorganic fertilizer combined with cow manure and microbial inoculants.
