Analysis of Heredity of Pear Fruit F1 Generation Quality Traits

  • ‘Eli No.2’ and ‘Huali No.2’ were used as experimental materials, the correlation analysis and principal analysis were used, the effects of ‘Eli No.2’ and ‘Huali No.2’ on the inheritance of 12 fruit quality traits such as fruit weight, fruit firmness and fruit stalk thickness were studied, in order to provide reference for pear genetics and breeding. The results showed that the heritability level of several traits such as single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter were low inheritance, while the heritability level of fruit firmness, soluble sugar content and titratable acid content were super high. The coefficient of variation and genetic transmitting ability of titratable acid content were the highest, which were 39.78% and 115.91%,respectively.The correlation between single fruit traits was high, with the highest correlation between fruit weight and fruit transverce diameter was the highest. The principal component analysis grouped the 12 fruit traits into 5 principal components, with a cumulative contribution rate was 73.197%.Therefore, the fruit of ‘Eli No.2’ and ‘Huali No.2’ hybrid had a tendency to inherit small fruit, and fruit stalk thickness and single fruit weight were closely related to fruit quality.
