Abstract
Taking Phaseolus vulgaris Linn.as test material, adopting the method of soil-free cultivation with different nutrient solution treatments, the effects of different heavy metal stresses on leaf functional traits and hyperspectral index were investigated,in order to provide reference for the rapid monitoring of heavy metal stresses in plants. The results showed that heavy metal stresses had different degrees of effects on the functional trait metrics and hyperspectral index of P.vulgaris leaves.Heavy metal stresses significantly affected leaf functional trait metrics and chlorophyll-related,carotene-related hyperspectral index, but had no significant effects on anthocyanin-related and waterrelated hyperspectral index.Zn,Cu and Cd caused significant effects on both leaf functional trait metrics and hyperspectral index, while Pb and Ni mainly affected hyperspectral index, and Cr mainly affected functional trait metrics.
