Abstract
Taking Festuca arundinacea ‘Phoenix Ⅱ2’as the test material, the effect of foliar spraying of exogenous ABA on the salt tolerance of tall fescue was studied by hydroponics,in order to provide reference for turfgrass planting on saline-alkali land. The results showed that under salt stress, exogenous abscisic acid could promote the formation of the morphological structure of Festuca arundinacea, increase the relative water content and chlorophyll content of leaves, maintain the stability of the cell membrane and reduce the electrolyte leakage. In addition, under different salt stress conditions, spraying 50μmol·L-1 ABA solution had better effects on the above indicators than other concentrations. Therefore, spraying 50μmol·L-1 ABA was an effective method to alleviate the effect of NaCl stress and improve the salt tolerance of Festuca arundinacea.
