Abstract
Different organs(roots, stems and leaves) of grafted eggplant plants were used as test materials, and were extracted with acetone respectively. The combination of natural pathogen-induced disease test and artificial inoculation pathogen-induced disease test. The effects of induction treatment(irrigated roots) on the diseased plant rate, disease index and induction resistance of eggplant at the seedling stage(2 leaves and 1 heart) were studied, in order to provide reference for green prevention and control of eggplant Verticillium wilt in agricultural production. The results showed that in the experiment of natural pathogen exciting diseases, compared with the control, the disease rate of eggplant plants induced by acetone extracts of grafted eggplant roots, grafted eggplant stems and grafted eggplant leaves decreased by 31.82%-100.00%,18.21%-33.74% and 9.90%-66.93%,respectively.Disease index decreased by 34.40%-100.00%,18.98%-52.65%,10.03%-56.86%.The average induced resistance effect reached 76.33%,64.88% and 58.44%,which were significantly or extremely significantly different from the acetone CK;in the experiment of artificial inoculation of pathogenic bacteria to stimulate diseases, compared with the acetone CK,the disease rate of eggplant plants induced by acetone extracts of grafted eggplant roots, stems and leaves decreased by 16.89%-41.99%,13.40%-25.57% and 8.06%-19.20%,respectively, the disease index decreased by 19.00%-46.23%,11.36%-32.59% and 6.52%-42.97% respectively, the average induced resistance effect reached 68.70%,63.32% and 62.48%,which were significantly or extremely significantly different from the acetone CK.In the natural pathogen excitation disease test and artificial inoculation pathogen excitation disease test, the trend of induced resistance was acetone extract of grafted eggplant roots>acetone extract of grafted eggplant stems>acetone extract of grafted eggplant leaves.
