Abstract
Taking 30 varieties of unlimited growing fresh tomato as test materials, and the methods of genetic diversity analysis, correlation analysis, membership function and principal component analysis were used. The effects of different character indexes on the growth of fresh tomato were studied to systematically evaluate the fresh tomato varieties, in order to screen out the good varieties suitable for Xinjiang production. The results showed that, 1)the genetic diversity index of 16 agronomic traits of each variety ranged from 1.21 to 1.74,and the average coefficient of variation was 11.60%.The coefficient of variation of yield per plant was the highest(18%),and the coefficient of variation of plant height was the lowest(7%).2)The average membership function value of ‘Datong Red Tomato’was the highest and the nutritional quality was the best.3)A comprehensive evaluation model was established based on principal component analysis to comprehensively evaluate the quantitative traits and nutritional quality traits of the tested materials, and the comprehensive score of 15 varieties was within the range of 0-1.Among them, ‘Hami Yellow Persimmon’‘Orange Yellow Jiachen’‘Xiangfei No.7’‘Jin Ping’ and ‘Tu Jianfen’ were suitable for planting in Xinjiang.
