Abstract: Dendrobium officinale is a traditional and precious medicine herb in China. This article reviewed the pharmacological effects of Dendrobium officinale and analyzed the development status of health foods using Dendrobium officinale as raw materials, in order to provide scientific basis for the research and development of derived products of Dendrobium officinale.
