Abstract:
Phenolic compounds in grape fruits are important secondary metabolites during grape growth and development, could reflect the qualities of grape fruits, and also exhibit certain antioxidant activities, which have become the research focus in recent years. This paper overviewed the domestic and overseas research progress on composition, content, biosynthesis, extraction and application of grape fruits phenolic compounds, and prospected the future research directions and difficulties of phenolic compounds in grape fruits, aiming to provide references for the research and comprehensive application of grape fruits phenolic compounds.
