Abstract:
The favourable policies and COVID-19 epidemic catalysts in recent years have accelerated the development of the prepared dishes industry. Prepared dishes are favoured by consumers because of their convenient advantages. Its market development prospect is broad, but China’s prepared dishes is in the initial exploration stage, the standard regulations and quality control system are not yet perfect, and there is less research on the use of food additives in the domestic prepared dishes industry at present. This paper introduces the research status of food additive standard system, studies the status of using food additives in prepared dishes, and puts forward the strategy of standard using food additives in prepared dishes, with the aim of fully playing the role of food additives under the premise of ensuring the food safety of prepared dishes and enabling consumers to enjoy truly healthy and tasty prepared dishes, as well as contributing to the development and growth of the prepared dishes industry.
