Abstract: Based on the application of ‘GS1+block chain’ in cold chain logistics of fresh products, this paper gives a brief account about GS1 coding system and block chain technology, completes the information coding and identi-fication of trade items, logistics unit, physical location and service relationship of fresh products by GS1, as well as monitoring and managing the whole process information of fresh products from manufacturers to consumers by block chain technology, and achieves the anti-counterfeiting and quality traceability of fresh products.
