Abstract:
Fresh jujube is rich in nutrition, good taste and popular among people. However, its short storage period seriously affects the edible quality and commodity value and restricts the development of fresh jujube industry. The research on postharvest physiology and storage technology of fresh jujube is a hot spot in the field of fruit preservation in recent years. In this paper, the research results of postharvest physiology and storage technology of fresh jujube in recent years were summarized, aiming to provide methods and ideas for the theoretical research of postharvest fresh jujube, provide scientific basis for the research of storage technology, and promote the better development of fresh jujube industry in our country.
