马铃薯低损装卸运输技术装备研究进展

Research Progress on Low Loss Loading, Unloading and Transportation Technology and Equipment of Potato

  • 摘要: 运输装卸出入库是马铃薯从田间到贮藏必不可少的环节,也极易出现机械损伤,这是导致我国马铃薯采后损失较高的主要原因。我国马铃薯生产的规模化程度差异较大,装卸运输及出入库的技术和装备多样化特点很突出。为此,对我国马铃薯贮藏配套装卸输送装备进行了系统梳理,评价了设备技术特点,并结合经营规模大小、贮藏工艺、经营主体类型等应用场景的不同对技术设备进行了适宜性评价,以期为马铃薯采后技术装备水平的提升提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The transportation, loading, unloading, and warehousing processes are essential for the transfer of potatoes from the field to storage. However, these processes are highly susceptible to mechanical damage, which remains a primary cause of the relatively high post-harvest losses of potatoes in China. China’s potato production exhibits significant variations in scale, leading to a pronounced diversity in transportation, loading, unloading, and warehousing techniques and equipment. Consequently, this paper systematically reviews complementary transportation and handling equipment for potato storage in China and internationally. It evaluates the technical characteristics of this equipment and, in consideration of factors such as operational scale, storage processes, and stakeholder types, provides an appropriateness assessment of the technology. It is expected that this review will provide reference for the improvement of post harvest technical equipment level of potatoes.
