互联网背景下食品安全的风险及治理对策

Risks and Countermeasures of Food Safety under the Background of Internet

  • 摘要: 近些年随着网络科技的快速发展,互联网食品行业也在加速发展,食品流通更加便捷,更好地迎合了当代网络消费群体需求,但繁荣景象的背后,存在着质量监管不力、法律法规不够完善等问题。基于“树立大食物观”“推动传统粮食安全向食物安全进行转变”等理念,对互联网背景下食品行业的发展现状及互联网食品安全存在的问题进行分析,提出相关食品安全问题的解决对策,以期促进我国互联网食品行业全面健康有序的发展。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, the internet food industry is also accelerating, and food circulation is more convenient, which better caters to the needs of contemporary online consumer groups. However, it should be noted that behind the prosperity scene, there are also problems such as poor quality supervision and imperfect laws and regulations. Based on the ideas of ’establishing a greater food concept’ and ’promoting the transformation from traditional grain safety to food safety’, this paper analyzes the development status of food industry under the background of the internet and the problems existing in food safety on the internet, and puts forward some solutions to the related food safety problems, with a view to promoting the more comprehensive, healthy and orderly development of China’s internet food industry.
