火龙果采后贮藏保鲜研究进展

Research Progress on Postharvest Preservation Technology of Pitaya

  • 摘要: 火龙果果实水分含量较大,采收期多为夏季,果实容易腐烂,且采后病虫害严重,不易贮藏和运输。综述了国内外有关火龙果采后贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展,针对物理处理方法、化学处理方法以及采前措施等方面进行详细分析,总结现有技术的不足之处,提出应深入研究火龙果采后细胞和分子水平的变化,探索更加绿色安全、多技术融合的火龙果贮藏保鲜技术和综合控制体系,以期为我国火龙果高品质贮藏保鲜研究提供理论支持,同时为"南果北运"产业链的发展指明方向。

     

    Abstract: Pitaya is a tropical fruit that has creating problems in storage and transportation because of high moisture content. Furthermore, summer is usually the harvesting season of pitaya, so the fruit is easily perished due to serious postharvest diseases and pest damages. This paper summarized the current advances of postharvest storage and preservation technology of pitaya, and reviewed the physical and chemical treatment methods, and pre-harvest measures in detail. These technologies play an important role in the industry, but they also have some deficiencies.As a result, it is critical to explore a green, efficient, and multi-technology integrated system based on the further research at the cellular and molecular level of postharvest pitaya. Thereby, it provides theoretical guidance for the high-quality storage and preservation of pitaya in China, and promotes the long distance transportation of tropical fruit.
