不同处理方式对西梅贮藏品质的影响

Effects of Different Treatments on the Storage Quality of Prunus domestica L.

  • 摘要: 为筛选适合西梅的贮藏保鲜方法,以新疆巴州地区所产“来客”西梅为试材,以(0±1)℃冷藏处理为对照,分别采用1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)、1-MCP+臭氧、1-MCP+臭氧+加湿三种方式处理西梅果实,通过测定贮藏过程中的好果率、pH值、硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量及VC含量,比较分析不同处理方式对西梅贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,1-MCP、1-MCP+臭氧、1-MCP+臭氧+加湿处理均可抑制西梅果实的腐烂及pH值的上升,保持较高的好果率、果实硬度和TSS含量,但对VC含量的影响不显著,其中以1-MCP+臭氧+加湿处理西梅的好果率和果实硬度保持较好,1-MCP单独处理对西梅果实TSS含量的保持效果较好。说明适宜浓度的1-MCP熏蒸可较好地保持西梅果实的采后品质,保鲜效果较好,增加臭氧、加湿处理,对1-MCP熏蒸后的西梅保鲜具有正效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to screen suitable storage method for prunes storage, taking‘Laike’prunes produced in Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang as test material,(0±1) ℃ cold treatment as the control, the prunes were treated with 1-MCP, 1-MCP+ozone and 1-MCP+ozone+humidification respectively. The influences of different treatment methods on the prunes storage quality were compared and analyzed by measuring the quality indexes such as good fruit rate, pH value, hardness, TSS content and VC content. The results showed that, compared with the control,the treatments of 1-MCP, 1-MCP+ozone, 1-MCP+ozone+humidification could inhibit the increase of decay and pH value of prunes, maintain the high good fruit rate, fruit hardness and TSS content, but the effect on the VC content was not significant. And the treatment of 1-MCP+ozone+humidification kept the good fruit rate and better hardness, and 1-MCP alone treatment better maintained the TSS content of prunes. It showed that the appropriate concentration of1-MCP fumigation treatment could better maintain the storage quality of prunes, and ozone and humidification treatments had positive effect on the fresh-keeping of prunes after 1-MCP fumigation.
