Abstract: Actinidia arguta is a cold-resistant tree with abundant resources and diverse varieties. It has rich nutrition and high medicinal value. In order to promote the development of Actinidia arguta industry and strengthen the development of Actinidia arguta products, the current research status of Actinidia arguta products was summarized from the perspectives of resource distribution, nutritional value, medicinal value and product development. The existing problems of Actinidia arguta industry were pointed out, and the corresponding development suggestions were put forward.
