Abstract: Blueberries are rich in nutrients and have various health benefits. The development of blueberry products in China still has great potential. This paper overviews blueberry active ingredients, expounds the current product development situation and future development direction, in order to provided a reference for the development and comprehensive utilization of blueberry industry.
