地榆多酚抑菌作用研究进展

Research Progress on Antibacterial Effects of Polyphenols in Sanguisorba officinalis

  • 摘要: 植物多酚具有抗氧化、降血糖、抗突变、抗菌、抗癌等多种生物学活性,被称为天然抑菌剂。地榆中富含多酚类化合物,在医疗保健、食品卫生等领域具有广阔的发展前景。本文综述了地榆多酚的抑菌活性、作用机理和研究应用现状,旨在为地榆资源的综合开发利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Plant polyphenol has various biological activities such as anti-oxidation, hypoglycemic, anti-mutation,antibacterial, anti-cancer and so on, and it has been called natural bacteriostatic agents. Sanguisorba officinalis L.is rich in polyphenols, which has broad development prospects in medical care, food hygiene and other fields.This article summarized the antibacterial action mechanism, research progress on polyphenols from Sanguisorba officinalis L., and current application status of related research. This article aims to provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of Sanguisorba officinalis L..
