Abstract:
In the new consumption environment, the market for ’packaged dishes’ is growing, and it is urgent to strengthen the food safety supervision of ’packaged dishes’. This article reviews the current situation of food safety supervision of ’packaged dishes’ and has found that there are still certain deficiencies in the existing supervision at the legislative and law enforcement levels. Based on this, the proposals for further strengthening the food safety supervision of the ’packaged dishes’ are improving the relevant regulatory system, strengthening the supervision and guiding all kinds of social entities to participate in supervision.
