猕猴桃采后贮藏保鲜技术研究进展

Advances in Postharvest Storage and Preservation Techniques of Kiwifruit

  • 摘要: 猕猴桃鲜食率较高,但由于采后易发生病害,引起软化腐烂,极大的缩短了猕猴桃的货架期,因此猕猴桃采后保鲜新技术的开发显得尤为重要。本文概述了近年来猕猴桃采后保鲜技术的分类、特点和作用原理,分析了猕猴桃采后保鲜存在的问题并对未来发展趋势进行了展望,以期为猕猴桃产业的稳定发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Kiwifruit is highly susceptible to postharvest diseases, which lead to easy softening and decay, and shortening the shelf life dramatically. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop novel preservation technology for kiwifruit after being harvested. This article summarizes the classification, characteristics and principle of action of kiwifruit postharvest preservation technology in recent years. In general, current problems and future trends of postharvest preservation techniques of kiwifruit are analyzed and proposed as references for the steady development of kiwifruit industry.
