Abstract:
Food additives play very important role in modern food industry production and are closely related to people’s daily diet safety and health. In this paper, the definition, functions, categories, relevant laws and regulations and processing characteristics of food additives in our country are summarized, the problems existing in the food processing and application of food additives and corresponding solutions are proposed. It is of great social and economic significance to enrich the theoretical researches of food additives in our country and promote the high quality development of food processing industry.
